You have found the role you want. The job description and person specification sound like a perfect fit for your skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications. You now need to convince the employer that you are worthy of an interview by giving them evidence of how your skills match up to the requirements of the role. The CV is unashamedly a sales document outlining the features that you are selling to the employer. More importantly you need to highlight what benefits the hirer will gain from recruiting you.
